Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world's largest advertisers, owning globally iconic brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B and Head and Shoulders. 

We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our Media Team in Poland. Our (Senior) Media Planner role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and work on some of the biggest media budgets in Poland, building a legacy for our brands and organization. Our ambition is to bring media even closer to our consumers to maximize return and allow us to innovate in real time.  

This role is based in our Warsaw HQ.

As (Senior) Media Planner, you will:

  • Lead the creation of strong and consistent media strategies across media touchpoints (TV, Digital, etc.) for the brands, delivering on business objectives within allocated budget, considering market trends and consumers insights.
  • Coordinate P&G digital media teams to ensure perfect implementation of media strategies. 
  • Work together with multiple functions (brands, design, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, etc.) & partners to deliver strong media results.
  • Monitor media strategy performance & lead competitive analyses. 
  • Support innovation to remain ahead of competition: Connect externally, work with digital consultants.
  • Ongoingly monitor media strategy performance, evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities, and brings forward recommendations.
  • Adjust / adapt media strategies as needed (vs campaign performance, budget changes, etc.).
  • Present innovative ideas about campaigns' strategies and effective ways to reach the identified target audience, accelerating business performance, and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and in touch with industry trends.
  • Act as steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed.
  • Lead media business reviews with the category teams.
