Join us, and turn complex data into actionable business insights Kraków-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office). As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, driving innovation and data-driven decision-making across complex operations. You will be identifying, analyzing, and preparing data from multiple sources to support strategic initiatives and process improvements. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining data quality, and translating technical findings into actionable insights, you will be contributing to critical business decisions. Your work will ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and ready for modeling, while supporting automation, governance, and efficiency across the organization. Your main responsibilities: Identifying, understanding, and analyzing data sets from various internal sources Designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data systems and databases Implementing data governance policies and ensuring data quality and integrity Abstracting and aggregating data to prepare it for analysis Ensuring data sets are fit for purpose and ready for modeling Communicating complex findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborating with product owners, engineering, testing, and system teams on data requirements Presenting reports and findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making Recommending process improvements based on data analysis Identifying opportunities to automate data analysis You're ideal for this role if you have: Holding a relevant higher education in data, IT, or a related field Demonstrating strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Translating business requirements into technical solutions Possessing hands-on experience in data systems, software development, or integration technologies Understanding Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, or SAFe Managing multiple projects effectively with strong organizational and time management skills Communicating complex data clearly to diverse audiences Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Paying close attention to detail while problem-solving Adapting efficiently in a dynamic and changing environment It is a strong plus if you have: Experience in financial services or customer-facing IT systems Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or process improvement frameworks Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services Leading or directing cultural or organizational change Working in global or distributed team environments We offer you: ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
