For our Client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for SAP FI Consultant to join global transformation project.

Your new role

- Working closely with stakeholders, including business process owners and IT teams, to collect and analyze business needs, understand workflows, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Converting future-state business capabilities and requirements into comprehensive solution requirements, often spanning multiple applications and technologies.
- Designing and developing effective and innovative solutions to address business challenges, considering technical feasibility, scalability, and compatibility with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Evaluating integration needs and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and data sources.
- Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Producing comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, system architecture diagrams, process flows, and user guides, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and support for implemented solutions.
- Developing and executing test plans, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
- Communicates effectively with business users, project teams, and senior management to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum utilization of implemented solutions.
- Being up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
- Managing the overall product lifecycle (from concept through ongoing maintenance) in collaboration with the Solution Architect, markets, and various internal and external technology teams in a matrixed setup.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of related experience as SAP FI Consultant with P2P, O2C and/or R2R process expertise

• Excellent understanding SAP finance processes and systems regarding P2P, OTC and/ or R2R processes

• Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions

• Having previous experience from SSC environment would be a plus

• Experience with international projects and process modelling are welcome

• Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skill

• Fluent English language skills

• Strong logical and analytical skills
