About the Role: The Referrals team mission is to acquire new customers and retain existing through targeted offers and incentives that enhance the remittance experience for millions of users. You will work as a fullstack developer building and extending Referrals Platform that supports multiple complementary products. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager, based in Poland. You Have: A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of professional experience Proven ability to build and optimize large-scale web architectures. Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), hydration, and web frameworks like React or Next.js.
