They are now looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join the Quality Engineering team, supporting the e-commerce and user experience platforms used by millions of customers worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, program managers, and designers to ensure that quality is embedded at every stage of the development process. Lead the adoption of testing and maintainability best practices across multiple teams. Contribute both technical testing expertise and user-centric insights from project inception. Develop comprehensive test scenarios and ensure deep system coverage Own test planning, strategy, and execution for assigned features. Mentor engineers on testing best practices and code quality. Actively participate in agile ceremonies, promoting testing and code quality throughout the development lifecycle. Serve as a release engineer for cross-functional teams when needed. Foster a culture of accountability, leadership, and continuous improvement within the team. Our requirements 7 years of experience in testing, including UI and API automation. Proficiency in at least one modern language (JavaScript or Kotlin/Java). Proven experience in architecting and implementing test automation solutions and frameworks for complex front-end and back-end systems. Extensive experience collaborating with developers on test automation scenarios, including pairing, reviewing unit tests, and coaching on testing best practices. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions. A strong user-first mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, delightful user experiences. Experience in agile, cross-functional teams across Design, UX, and Product. Ability to independently manage complex engineering tasks.
