About the project

We are looking for an AI Solution Architect with a comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, including classical machine learning, deep learning, and recent advancements in generative AI. The role requires a strong grasp of the benefits and limitations of AI models and algorithms, with the ability to identify opportunities where they can solve real-world challenges effectively. A key responsibility will be evaluating the feasibility of AI solutions and outlining the necessary steps for their successful implementation. This position may involve up to 50% of time spent on non-technical activities such as business meetings or sales support. Join us now

Your responsibilities

- Create AI system architectures that integrate machine learning models, data pipelines, and infrastructure requirements
- Select appropriate AI models, fine-tune algorithms, and develop strategies for improving model performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into actionable business solutions
- Stay current with cutting-edge AI research, experimental techniques, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in AI architecture
- Develop technical presentations, and lead customer-facing meetings to demonstrate solution potential, address technical inquiries, and articulate AI value propositions to potential clients
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews, facilitate discovery workshops, and systematically document detailed business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria to define precise project scope and AI solution specifications

Our requirements

- At least 5 years of experience developing customer-facing AI solutions, preferably with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Advanced technical expertise in AI technologies (including models, algorithms, and tools) with comprehensive knowledge of at least one major cloud provider's AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to translate complex cloud-based AI capabilities into actionable business solutions
- Continuous learning mindset with current awareness of cloud AI technologies, including emerging services and machine learning infrastructure options
- Capability to assess AI solution feasibility across cloud environments, understanding architectural trade-offs, cost implications, and performance optimization strategies
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
