- As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a major global financial institution, on modernizing treasury sales systems to support complex product management and streamline front-to-back processing. You will play a crucial role in a large-scale transformation initiative focused on enhancing system integration, refining architectures, and improving operational efficiency. responsibilities :

- Develop and validate comprehensive business requirements
- Prepare solution proposals aligned with existing IT architecture
- Produce detailed system specifications at the analysis level
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design effective system solutions
- Coordinate functional and technical dependencies with cross-functional teams
- Support testing activities across various delivery phases
- Document system changes and solution decisions accurately
- Analyze integration needs for REST APIs and event-driven communication protocols
- Evaluate impacts on distributed systems and relational databases
- Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams

requirements-expected :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of REST technology
- Strong expertise with PostgreSQL databases
- Familiarity with relational databases, distributed IT systems, and event-driven communication
- Experience with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI specifications
- Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, and Enterprise Architect tools
- Solid background in systems analysis methods and application development
- Knowledge of financial market products and IT product development methodologies
- Ability to work effectively within an Agile environment
- Communicative Polish and English skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
