We are involved in exciting projects for well-known customers in the medical, pharmaceutical and life science sectors. We are looking for Test Automation Engineers at two levels: Regular and Lead. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automated testing strategies for medical software solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient safety. Your responsibilities Design, implement, execute, and maintain automated tests for web-based medical software solutions Build and maintain robust automation test frameworks and scripts Ensure compliance with medical software standards and validation requirements Create and maintain test specification documents Collaborate with internal and external teams (QA, Analytics) to define acceptance criteria and resolve technical issues Monitor and analyze test execution statistics and development metrics As Lead Engineer, also: Own and manage the test automation codebase (branching strategies, code reviews, clean code principles) Maintain and optimize automated test execution pipelines in Azure DevOps Our requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation (3 for Regular, 5 for Lead role) Proficiency in C#, with hands-on experience in API and web test automation Familiarity with C# testing frameworks and solid understanding of coding standards and design patterns Experience in creating and executing automated functional tests Good knowledge of Git and basic Linux command-line operations Ability to work with Docker and foundational knowledge of Kubernetes (basic kubectl commands) Excellent spoken and written English Effective use of tools like JIRA for test management Strong collaboration skills for working with external QA and Analytics teams Optional Experience with CI/CD tools especially with Azure DevOps (mandatory for Lead Role) Previous QA experience in medical software development, including compliance with industry standards and validation processes Experience with Jama or other project management tools What we offer Rock solid stability of a company established in 1966 in Germany with more than 120 branches Reputable international customers offering projects not available in Poland before Great working atmosphere with a close-knit team of friendly people Team-building events Attractive offices in convenient city locations, modern software and hardware at your disposal Medicover card Multisport / Multilife card (access to personal trainers, dieticians and therapists) Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events FERCHAU POLAND sp. z o.o.
