Software Engineer (Generative AI) Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities - creating, developing, and deploying AI/ML-based applications using Azure services - developing and optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions tailored to real-world business cases - building and maintaining APIs and microservices to efficiently serve AI/ML-based solutions to customers - streamlining model operationalization and developing model inference backend - ensuring all AI solutions adhere to security, development and governance standards - writing and maintaining unit tests, ensuring robust test coverage, and enforcing best coding practices (clean code, maintainability, and performance optimization - creating clear, concise technical documentation for developed components - working in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality applications on schedule - working closely with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to integrate AI/L into business solutions Our requirements - fluency in English - strong command of Python for AI/ML development - hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services - understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, ML, and (optionally) Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies - proven experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices - solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices within the Azure environment - familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for deploying AI models - ability to thrive in an Agile environment and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Optional - experience in deploying Generative AI, LLM and ML - experience working with vector databases - knowledge of prompt engineering and strategies for LLM orchestration - proficiency in Python code development in compliance with coding practises and industry standards - practical experience with AI security measures and model governance What we offer - Let's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape. - Let's be balanced – work-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
