Key responsibilities:
- plan and control costs effectively to optimize company resources
- calculate expense allocation keys for accurate financial reporting
- prepare monthly financial result reports, including plan realization and deviation analyses
- devise plans and long-term forecasts
- provide essential financial data for decision-making processes
- prepare management-oriented analyses and reports to guide strategic initiatives
- supply data for banks, auditors, and other institutions as required
You may be the perfect fit if you have:
- a higher education degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- an understanding of business and financial processes
- analytical expertise, with the ability to analyze accounting data and financial statements with precision
- fluency with MS Office tools, in particular, mastery of Excel
- excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- fluency in Polish and English
Nice-to-have experience:
- familiarity with Power Query
- experience working with BI tools such as Qlik Sense
Salary range:
- contract of employment: 7500 – 9000 PLN gross/month
