Zadania
Kandydat na stanowisku IT Service Delivery Support będzie odpowiedzialny za kluczowe działania wspierające zgodność technologiczną (Tech GRC) w skali globalnej:
- Weryfikacja zgodności z wewnętrznymi procedurami operacyjnymi (SOP) poprzez przygotowanie, planowanie, realizację i raportowanie audytów Tech GRC ICA (m.in. Sankcje, Prywatność, Testing, Zarządzanie Danymi, Identity and Access Management).
- Prowadzenie sesji informacyjnych (InfoBurst) dla audytowanych zespołów.
- Tworzenie i monitorowanie ustaleń poaudytowych (findings) w systemie ServiceNow.
- Aktywne rozwijanie wiedzy i zrozumienia procesów technologicznych, ryzyk i kontroli (Tech GRC).
- Tworzenie pulpitów nawigacyjnych (dashboardów) w Power BI w celu wizualizacji danych i wyników audytów.
- Współpraca z interesariuszami w trakcie audytów i wspieranie komunikacji.
- Monitorowanie i nadzorowanie terminowej realizacji działań korygujących związanych z audytami.
- Wspieranie GRC ICA Managera w innych działaniach związanych z GRC.

The candidate for the IT Service Delivery Support position will be responsible for key activities supporting technological compliance (Tech GRC - Governance, Risk, Compliance) on a global scale:
- Verifying compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the global Tech organization by preparing, planning, executing, and reporting Tech GRC ICA audits (e.g., Sanctions, Privacy, Testing, Data Management, Service Transition, Identity and Access Management).
- Conducting InfoBurst sessions for auditees.
- Creating and monitoring audit findings in ServiceNow.
- Developing understanding of Tech processes, risks, and controls.
- Creating Power BI dashboards to visualize various audit and GRC data.
- Active collaboration with Stakeholders during audits.
- Monitoring and driving the completion of audit-related actions.
- Supporting the GRC ICA Manager in other GRC-related activities.
Oczekujemy
- Wykształcenie: Kandydat na poziomie licencjatu/inżyniera lub student (preferowane kierunki: IT/Informatyka, Ekonometria, Zarządzanie i Inżynieria Produkcji, a także Analiza, Audyt i Kontrola Wewnętrzna, Rachunkowość i Finanse).
- Wiedza: Podstawowe zrozumienie zagadnień związanych z IT i audytem.
- Umiejętności Techniczne: Dobra znajomość MS Excel oraz praktyczna umiejętność korzystania z narzędzia do wizualizacji danych, takiego jak Power BI.
- Język: Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2 (wymagana do komunikacji globalnej i podczas rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej).
- Umiejętności Dodatkowe: Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu ryzyk IT (IT Risk), kontroli wewnętrznych (ICA) lub standardów IT (np. ITIL/COBIT) będzie dodatkowym atutem.
- Wymagana dostępność na cały etat lub 3/4 etatu.
Lokalizacja: Poznań Pastelowa.
Model Pracy: Możliwość pracy zdalnej (homeworker) lub hybrydowej.

- Education: Bachelor's/Engineer's degree or current Student status.
- Preferred fields include: IT/Computer Science, Econometrics, Management and Production Engineering, as well as Analysis, Accounting, Audit and Internal Control, and Finance.
- Knowledge: Understanding of IT and audit principles.
- Technical Skills: Good proficiency in MS Excel and practical ability to use a data visualization tool such as Power BI.
- Language Proficiency: English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (required for global communication and the interview process).
- Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of IT Risk, Internal Controls (ICA), or IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL/COBIT) is a plus.
- Full-time or 3/4-time availability required.
