Our dream at HEINEKEN is to help our customers grow by serving them better, faster, and smarter with digital solutions. The last few years have seen a significant increase in the importance of digital solutions in the Commerce area at Heineken. These IT solutions have become a vital component in supporting the company's revenue. To ensure that this trend is supported and the IT in this area continues to grow, the new Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.

As the Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be part of the development team responsible for developing in-house products in the Order Tribe. Collaborating closely with Product Owner(s), Product Architect(s) and other DevOps teams you will need to understand the business needs, helping Product Architect(s) to convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps. Driving excellence in engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce IT landscape, will be important element of your role.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Architect and Design Solutions: Co-lead together with product architect the design and architecture of scalable Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions for enterprise-level implementations
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and establish best practices in coding, architecture, and testing
- Lead Integrations: Manage the integration of external systems (e.g. front ends, global ERP, and other third-party services) into Dynamics 365 Commerce
- Testing: Responsible for setting up and managing complex testing infrastructures for integrations and performance tests.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through identifying optimization, monitoring, diagnostics, and load testing
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analists and UX designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

You are a good candidate if you have:

- 8+ years of software development experience
- deep understanding of Azure services, Dynamics 365 Commerce, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps
- expertise in C#, .NET, SQL/NoSQL databases, and API integrations
- advanced experience in testing methodologies, infrastructure setup, and performance tuning
- soft skills: Leadership, mentorship, collaboration with stakeholders, and decision-making skills.
