Currently, for our client, we are looking for people for the position of Site Team Assistant (m/f).

Opis stanowiska:

- handling of site correspondence,
- support of site personnel (site registration, booking transport & accommodation, etc.),
- administration of office facilities and office supplies,
- meeting service & coordination,
- control of working time sheets and site attendance lists,
- administration of site small purchases,
- verification of orders and invoices/site documentation,
- assistance to Site Project Manager and Commercial Site Project Manager,
- translation support for foreign site personnel.

Wymagania:

- preferably 2-year work experience in administration (on-site-experience would be an advantage),
- very good English language skills,
- good computer and MS Office skills,
- very good communication skills,
- strong mindset to work and collaborate with Site Staff from various countries,
- open mindset, hands-on mentality,
- self-driven motivation and initiative,
- team-player,
- willingness to work at Construction Site,
- commercial apprenticeship or study would be an advantage,
- driving license cat. B.
