As an IT Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the company's IT systems, network infrastructure, and security. You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and securely, providing technical support to staff and resolving issues promptly. The candidate will have the ability to manage servers, networks and a range of software tools, as well as be a proactive troubleshooter.

About the requirements. You need:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with IT security practices (firewalls, anti-virus, intrusion detection systems).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with team members and vendors (including in English - at least B2 level).
- Be interested in a long-term cooperation and the development of competences in broadly defined IT administration and infrastructure.
About the wishes. Nice to haves:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with database administration (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Understanding of network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana).
- Certification(s) such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or similar.
- Basic knowledge of cyber security.
