No problem Work hours keep pace with our lifestyles and can start between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. We're looking for a Product Manager who wants to make a real impact on tools used daily by both merchants and customers in the Trackability domain — covering parcel statuses, delivery tracking, and pickup codes. In this role, you'll also be the owner of a key project focused on building a new platform for evaluating carrier quality, helping to shape how we measure and improve delivery performance across our network. Your responsibilities Understanding and defining the critical problems faced by users, working closely with stakeholders to ensure their constraints and needs are considered, ultimately translating these into opportunities to deliver valuable outcomes for the business and customers. Owning the problem space and the solutions for your product area, partnering with your cross-functional engineering team to discover, design, and deliver solutions that align with strategic business objectives and drive measurable results. Defining the strategic problems your team will tackle, focusing on achieving business outcomes rather than just delivering features, and being accountable for the product's results. Driving continuous product discovery and delivery, from deeply understanding users' needs, assessing value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks, to ensuring the successful go-to-market and ongoing evolution of solutions that achieve necessary outcomes. Fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across various teams (engineering, data analysts, UX designers, researchers, and other product managers) and with stakeholders, providing clear strategic context to ensure alignment on objectives and shared understanding. Our requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (product discovery, creating product strategy, roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation). Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs. Ability to see the product through the eyes of the users and understand their needs. Fluent in Polish and English.
