Opis stanowiska

- Oversee the RTR process, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities

- Develop, implement, and monitor best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

- Lead and mentor the RTR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, tax, audit, and other business units, to address complex accounting issues and ensure seamless operations.

- Drive process standardization, automation, and optimization to enhance the efficiency of the RTR function.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other required documentation.

- Support the evolution of ERP (Oracle Netsuite) systems and tools within the SSC, focusing on RTR process integration and improvement.

- Monitor and ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and Group policies.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and other third-party stakeholders.

Profil kandydata

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.

- Proven experience in RTR or general accounting, including leadership roles in a Shared Services or multinational environment

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.

- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving change and innovation.

- Fluency in English (German and additional languages are a plus).
