Na czym będzie polegać Twoja praca?

- Będziesz samodzielnie odpowiadać za rozwój i realizację wyników wybranych kategorii Grocery (Supermarket)
- Będziesz analizować asortyment oraz śledzić trendy online/ offline w celu identyfikacji luk asortymentowych i możliwości wzrostu kategorii
- Weźmiesz odpowiedzialność za monitorowanie wyników kategorii, żeby zdiagnozować potencjalne problemy i zaproponować rozwiązania
- Skoordynujesz ze strony kategorii kampanie wspierające sprzedaż na platformie oraz będziesz współtworzyć roczny kalendarz wydarzeń i aktywacji
- Będziesz odpowiadać za rozwój współpracy z kluczowymi markami w poprawy ich wyników na Allegro
- Poprowadzisz projekty z zakresu biznesowo- technologicznego

Szukamy osób, które:

- Posiadają 2 letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku związanym z zarządzaniem kategorią z sektora FMCG, bądź doświadczenie na stanowisku Key Account Manager'a.
- Rozumieją mechanizmy funkcjonowania biznesu internetowego, e-commerce
- Posiadają silnie rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne a swoje decyzje opierają na danych
- Potrafią planować i dobrze organizować swoją pracę oraz zarządzać wieloma zadaniami jednocześnie przy zachowaniu terminowości
- W sposób proaktywny identyfikują problemy i rekomendują rozwiązania
- Nastawione są na współpracę i efektywność biznesową
- Znają specyfikę branży FMCG: trendy, producentów, marki oraz kanały sprzedaży.
- Posiadają znajomość języka angielskiego (minimum B2)
- Posiadają umiejętności prezentacji danych
- Biegle posługują się takimi narzędziami jak Excel, PowerPoint
- Doświadczenie w pracy z technologią oraz znajomość branży e-commerce będą dużym atutem
