- We are seeking a Senior ABAP Developer to join our SAP Development Team. This is a senior-level position, so we expect excellent self-organization, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the Senior Developer should be skilled in working within complex development environments. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share technical knowledge, ensure high code quality, and manage resources effectively.

responsibilities :

- Working in the SAP Consulting Department as a Senior ABAP Developer
- Participating in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems, particularly in the logistics area
- Developing, optimizing, and maintaining custom ABAP solutions, ensuring high performance and compliance with best coding practices
- Collaborating closely with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Supporting integration between SAP and external systems through interfaces, APIs, and enhancements
- Actively participating in project meetings, ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Proactively identifying areas for process and system improvements, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency
- Leveraging your experience and growing expertise to support other consultants in overcoming programming challenges and ensuring high-quality team communication.

requirements-expected :

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP development with a focus on ABAP OO
- Good knowledge of ABAP OO programming, confirmed by practical project experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
- Communicative skills in at least two of the following languages is a must: Polish, English, German — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes if there is a business need
