The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities Conception, realization and implementation of solutions in the area of automated business processes; Focus on vendor invoice management and digital content processing; Analysis, optimization and conception of business processes; Provision of best practice consulting; Development of innovative enhancement concepts; Implementation of customer-specific concepts in cooperation with our customers - both functionally and technically; Configuration, programming and implementation of process flows as well as execution of tests. Our requirements Sound knowledge of the SAP modules, with a focus on SAP Financial Accounting; Experience in SAP and Opentext Vendor Invoice Management for SAP solutions; Experience in configuration of SAP VIM systems; Ability to gather business requirements; Hands-on knowledge of project management tools, including Microsoft Office; Experience leading Accounts Payable related workshops with client experts in the field; Very good communication skills in English and/or German; Ability and willingness to work from the office, with occasional travel as required. Optional Experience in OpenText Extended ECM implementation (optional); Previous exposure to SAP S/4Hana implementation projects; Certifications related to SAP Financial Accounting or SAP VIM.
