You will drive strategic alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and successful delivery of platform solutions while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous growth. Your responsibilities Build and grow the "Embedded Software Platforms" team into a self-organized unit with strong entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving capabilities. Provide both disciplinary and technical leadership, offering continuous support and empowerment. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability. Promote the personal, methodological, and technical development of all team members. Ensure the team has the right skills and capacity to execute the roadmap effectively. Encourage knowledge sharing and a customer-centric mindset in addressing use cases and solutions. Employer requirements Strong understanding and quick grasp of project and program management techniques and methods, with a mindset for agile development. Empathetic, appreciative and inspiring demeanor, combined with creative thinking and a high sense of responsibility. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational talent.
