HelpDesk Engineer Miejsce pracy: Poznań Technologies we use Expected Linux MacOS Microsoft IIS Operating system Windows macOS Linux About the project Viseven is seeking a HelpDesk Engineer for flexible freelance cooperation (85-100 hours/month) to support our Poznan office. On-site presence is required roughly twice a week whenever offline or hardware-related tasks arise. Your responsibilities Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones. Ability to installing the required software. Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP-telephony, laptops, smartphones). Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing). Local network laying, configuration, maintenance. User's workplace preparation. Ability to manage user's accounts (creation, deletion, modification). Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.). Local and remote support to users from different locations. Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration. Consulting and training of users. Our requirements 1 y. of commercial experience. Windows Server setup, understanding forest architecture, AD, DNS, RDP. Azure Settings, Azure AD. Knowledge of postal services. Excellent knowledge of PC components, understanding of compatibility, and optimization. Ability to work with logs, debug error report. Troubleshooting at the software level. Working in a UNIX shell, basic commands. Working in CMD WIndows, basic commands. Knowledge of ip telephony. Working with ACS at the administrator level. Polish - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
