Automation Analyst

As an Automation Analyst in a global Master Data & Innovation Team within Danone Business Services, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath and Power Platform technologies, including AI/LLM capabilities.

You will work closely with citizen developers and business teams to implement automation standards, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality and performance of automated processes. This position requires deep technical expertise in RPA tools and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient automated solutions.

Let's go into more details of your main tasks:

Technical Development & Implementation:

- developing and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath and Power Platform, including AI/LLM capabilities
- implementing automation standards and templates across projects
- creating and maintaining technical documentation
- supporting deployment activities for new automation initiatives

Technical Support & Guidance:

- providing technical guidance and support to citizen developers
- supporting the implementation of automation best practices
- guiding teams on technical aspects of automation development

Performance & Quality Management:

- conducting quality assessments of automated solutions
- tracking and reporting on key performance metrics

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

- developing and delivering training materials for automation tools
- conducting basic training sessions for citizen developers
- documenting and sharing technical best practices
- supporting the growth of automation capabilities across the organization

We expect you to have:

- 1+ years of experience in automation development and implementation
- degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- experience with UiPath automation platform
- proven track record in delivering automated solutions
- expertise in UiPath Platform
- strong understanding of process automation principles
- proficiency in automation testing and quality assurance
- experience with automation documentation and training
