Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Manager with strong expertise in Java and React to lead software development initiatives in a rapidly growing engineering team. This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on technical leadership. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide direction and hands-on leadership for projects built with Java (Spring Boot) and React.js. Team Management: Lead and mentor developers, fostering growth and ensuring adherence to best engineering practices. Project Delivery: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable software within agreed timelines. Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and technical priorities. Code Quality & Standards: Review architecture and code to ensure high standards of performance and maintainability. Scalability & Performance: Design solutions optimized for enterprise-grade scalability and performance. Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into the company's technical ecosystem. Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Strong experience in Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and related frameworks. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AWS, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control systems (Git). Managerial & Soft Skills Proven experience leading software development teams in dynamic environments. Strong project management skills — planning, tracking, and on-time delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of experience in software development, including 5 years in Java & React. 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role. Certifications in Java, React, or cloud platforms are a plus.
