responsibilities :

- Global System Administration: Design, configure, and maintain the Workday HCM system to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Technical Support: Act as a trusted advisor to HR users, resolving Workday-related queries and managing service requests and enhancements.
- Process & Configuration Enhancements: Collaborate on planning, solutioning, and testing of process improvements and new functionalities.
- Project Participation: Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving system capabilities and user satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices and help evolve the team’s ways of working across the organization.

- Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, or Integrations.
- Bonus skills:
- Configuration experience with Talent & Performance modules.
- Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Security maintenance.
