ServiceNow Specialist TCMS

Join an international group with a strong focus on tax, risk, and compliance, where ServiceNow is a key platform for managing global tax controls. As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will act as a specialist and go‐to person for the Tax Compliance Management System, making sure the platform, data, and workflows support reliable, audit‐ready tax processes worldwide. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain the Tax Compliance Management System in ServiceNow, including risks, controls, workflows, and user roles (Risk/Control Owners and Respondents). Configure and improve ServiceNow objects, forms, and assessments to support risk assessments and control attestations as part of the yearly Tax CMS cycle. Review and validate risk assessments and control attestations entered in ServiceNow. Perform spot checks and audits in line with Group Tax Compliance Policy and the Tax CMS Assurance Concept, using ServiceNow data and reports. Further develop and maintain ServiceNow‐based training content and dashboards, and prepare reports on tax compliance issues and violations. Support the international rollout and ongoing use of the Tax CMS, acting as a ServiceNow expert for local teams. Ideal candidate profile Advanced English (B2/C1). University degree in a relevant field (e.g. IT, finance, law, risk, audit). Strong technical background with hands‐on experience in ServiceNow Willingness to further grow as a ServiceNow specialist Basic understanding of tax law is an advantage, but full tax advisor training is not required. Process‐oriented mindset, structured way of working, and strong analytical skills.
