About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Mobile Engineer (React Native) to join our team and take ownership of building and scaling mobile applications from end to end. This role blends deep expertise in mobile app development with strong backend engineering skills, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and exceptional user experience across platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with a proven track record of delivering production-grade applications, thriving in agile environments, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This is a key position for someone who is passionate about designing robust architectures, writing clean and maintainable code, and driving full lifecycle delivery: from concept to deployment and beyond. What You'll Be Doing Architect, build, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high-quality UX for both iOS and Android. Develop and extend backend services (e.g., Python, RESTful APIs, Node.js or similar). Integrate mobile app with backend systems, including databases, authentication, and third-party APIs. Write maintainable, performant, and modular code across frontend and backend. Own end-to-end delivery: from UI/UX behavior to backend architecture, deployment, QA, and performance. Participate in code reviews, triage bugs, and optimize both features and performance. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). What We Are Looking For 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack work. Deep proficiency with React Native, including native modules, debugging, performance tuning, and cross-platform nuances. Solid backend experience, preferably in Node.js or a similar ecosystem. Strong knowledge of TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications. Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs, and handling data synchronization, offline use, and push notifications. Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent). Experience with typical mobile app features: local storage, background sync, device integration, and state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Context API, MobX). Demonstrated ability to bring mobile apps to production, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox, Mocha), and deployment workflows.
