Requirements:

- minimum 4-5 years of commercial experience in a similar position
- Professional experience in designing interactions and user experiences
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Jira knowledge
- Experience in conducting UX research
- Proficiency in English and Polish to enable fluent communication
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently: generating ideas, task planning, designing, compiling reports, and liaising with the technical team
- Ability to create responsive designs (e.g., for Chromebooks)
- Higher education or equivalent professional experience in the field of design and human-computer interaction.
- Strong portfolio with UX/UI projects showcasing independent work and high-quality user-focused projects (not necessarily commercial) attached in the application via a link in the CV or in a single document),

Responsibilities:

- Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to present design solutions.
- Creating and refining visual interfaces for digital products, ensuring engaging user experiences (UX).
- Developing and maintaining UI components along with comprehensive design system documentation.
- Collecting requirements and building project documentation together with product managers.
- Testing designed solutions for intuitiveness and user experience.
- Identifying UX/UI issues and proposing effective solutions.
- Close collaboration with development teams, including Frontend Developers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other UX/UI designers, to ensure design consistency.
- Applying Agile methodology in the product development process.
- Conducting UX research mainly using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity).
- Sharing knowledge and promoting best design practices within the organization.
