Thanks to our global reach, we've been awarded the "Startup of the Year 2025" award by Money.pl What You'll Do: ️ Develop and maintain backend systems that provide real-time progress and quality insights for global construction projects. Ensure high-quality code through reviews, tests, and adherence to clean code principles. Collaborate with a team of developers and DevOps engineers to shape and release new features. What We're Looking For: Passion & Initiative: You're constantly expanding your knowledge and you put it into practice. Ownership Mentality: You take pride in your work and take responsibility for the results. Problem-Solving Skills: You're resourceful and enjoy tackling challenges. Requirements: 3 years of experience in backend development. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Strong knowledge of FastAPI and Git. Experience with Bash and Docker. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Willing to work at least 3 days a week in our Warsaw office. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Go as an additional backend language. Experience with handling geospatial data. Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration. Experience in working with Mobile/Frontend teams.
