Your responsibilities Participate across the testing lifecycle: test planning, design, automation, execution, reporting, and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria Design, build, and maintain automated tests for APIs, web UIs, services, and data pipelines Implement test frameworks, fixtures, and utilities in Python, Java to enable fast, reliable feedback Set up and optimize CI/CD test pipelines, artifacts, and quality gates Create and maintain clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports Champion quality practices: shift-left testing, risk-based testing, and continuous improvement Monitor test flakiness and performance, optimize stability and execution time Contribute to non-functional testing Our requirements 8 years of experience with Python and Java for test automation Hands-on experience with Web UI automation (Playwright, Selenium) Knowledge of CI/CD integration for automated tests (Azure DevOps) Solid understanding of testing strategies and levels (unit, integration, e2e) Experience with BDD practices and tools (Cucumber, Robot Framework) Exposure to test data management and environment configuration Proficiency with version control (Git) and code review workflows SQL proficiency for validating data and back-end flows Familiarity with cloud and containers (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) Optional Familiarity with performance testing and basic security testing practice Knowledge of static analysis and code quality tools for Python Frontend test experience Experience with machine learning software What we offer We focus on long-term relationships based on fair principles and reliability Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare Modern office available Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications Benefits sharing the costs of professional training & courses flexible working time integration events video games at work parking space for employees leisure zone PRETIUS SOFTWARE SP.
