Tableau Application Specialist Miejsce pracy: Tajęcina (pow. rzeszowski) Your responsibilities Visualization & Tableau Enablement - 50% - Development of Tableau dashboards tailored to customer requirements and aligned with internal design standards - User support by maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards to ensure continued usability and relevance - Enable and grow the Tableau community by sharing best practices, conducting knowledge sessions, and fostering internal expertise Data Modeling & Integration - 25% - Build and optimize data models using SQL and Denodo; prepare for future integration with SAP Datasphere - Design and maintain data architectures in collaboration with internal and external experts, ensuring efficient cross-departmental data connectivity Digitalization Projects & Advanced Analytics - 25% - Support digitalization projects, including project planning, structuring, and implementation - Apply Python programming and dbt for data transformation and automation within data pipelines - Contribute to process optimization and innovation through technology-driven solutions Our requirements Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position Solid experience with Tableau and dashboard/report development Proficiency in SQL, Denodo and Python Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data architectures Experience with data virtualization platforms (e.g., Denodo) is advantageous Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit Fluent in English, German knowledge is advantageous What we offer New technology challenges and access to global aviation knowledge Corporate culture based on trust, development and support First work contract for 12 months Private medical care with a possibility to extend it on family members Worker's health protection High standards of work safety regulations Grants for healthy lunch provided by MTU Canteen and "fresh fruit Wednesdays" "Multisport card" Convenience for "two-wheelers" and special room for bicycles Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance remote work opportunities flexible working time fruits integration events doctor's duty hours in the office parking space for employees extra social benefits sharing the commuting costs charity initiatives family picnics MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o.
