Opis stanowiska
- Track, refine, and share P2P workflow reports with Business Units to guarantee prompt and effective process execution.
- Define and monitor performance indicators to ensure the Support Center achieves or surpasses established targets.
- Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, handling questions regarding the PTP process, such as invoice payment statuses, discrepancies, GR/IR, GR/NI reports, and functionality inquiries related to tools.
- Uphold adherence to company policies by identifying, addressing, and reporting instances of non-compliance to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Hire, manage, and set objectives for the team, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and a customer-focused mindset through regular feedback and motivation.
- Participate in global P2P initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes within the P2P Support Center and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Profil kandydata
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
- In-depth knowledge of PTP processes.
- Proven experience in a comparable position within a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
- Strong leadership abilities and effective team management expertise.
- A customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Established capability to collaborate with various teams and build effective partnerships with business units.
