- More than five years of relevant professional experience, including at least four years in a consultancy or in industry as part of an in-house consulting team with an exclusive focus on strategic transformation projects
- Experience in personal consulting of CFOs in organizations, as well as a "thought partner/ advisor" on current trends in the areas of technology strategy, enterprise transformation, cloud, SAP S4/ HANA, ideally a strong profile as an expert on common digital transformation topics
- Strong presentation and communication skills in the English-speaking international environment
- Pronounced willingness to travel (travel at home and abroad up to a maximum of 30% (50% in exceptional cases) strategic transformation and improvement projects (cross-divisional) with a focus on ERP, platform and technology strategy/ transformation
- Proficient knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, cloud migration, strategic technology transformation in financial domain – SAP finance and controlling, from implementation perspective.
- Have a good understanding of SAP S4/Hana best practices in FICO domain. You are up to date on trends around technologies & business processes in this area, have an understanding of impacts on different business models, of SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance
- Understanding of improvements and value proposition of SAP in FICO domain.
- You enjoy combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the ability to think conceptually and analytically
- Leadership skills and experience in personnel responsibility; experience in leading performance-oriented teams, experience in building teams
- Ideally: experience in customer acquisition of strategic transformation projects
