About us We are looking for Test Engineer who is going to support one of our biggest clients - Royal Mail Group. It's another milestone for our growing relationship with this client. We achieve it by: well-integrated team (culture fit is key) partnership approach friendly atmosphere company retreats full support for growth initiatives of our coworkers Essential competencies: Proven Test Engineering background across a diversified range of technology stacks and tooling Hands On Experience with WebdriverIO, ReadyAPI, Postman/Rest Assured, JMeter, Eggplant/Load Runner/Azure Load Technically competent with Microsoft Azure DevOps, and other cloud technologies Technically competent with JIRA, and Zephyr Working experience with agile/quality engineering/DevOps ways of working. Full understanding of both the theory and practical implementation of DevOps and associated toolset solutions Working experience in the development of stubs & harnesses Experience with AI-driven testing and high levels of automation, including exposure to agentic AI systems used for test automation, documentation generation, and release pipelines Experience of having provided Test Engineering engagement to both small and large testing teams To be able to provide assurance of supplier technical documentation ensuring compliance with internal strategies & policies Co-Ordination of test teams from on-shore, near shore and off-shore encompassing multiple vendors / suppliers Confident to represent the test engineering function to senior stakeholders including senior portfolio, programme and project team members as well as both service & business representatives Current and relevant experience of being part of a team that has supported large scale solution implementation Experience of working on multiple test projects/workstreams simultaneously Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, industry standards, and tools Core Agile and Waterfall skills: planning, estimating, issue & risk management, reporting, co-ordination of resources, and financial management Proven track record of operating to a management level by providing thought leadership to a Senior Management level, for both internal and external supplier teams At least B2 level of English.
