YOUR ROLE We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Advanced Insights to lead data-driven transformation across key enterprise value streams: Concept to Commercialization (C2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Analyze (R2A) . This role is critical in enabling intelligent decision-making, operational excellence, and blueprint-driven transformation across global functions. YOUR TASKS Blueprint Enablement & Functional Leadership Serve as the functional authority for C2C, P2P, and R2A blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and digital strategy Translate blueprint frameworks into insight-led transformation roadmaps across business units. Collaborate with process owners, delivery teams, and technology partners to embed analytics into core workflows. Advanced Insights & Analytics Lead the design and deployment of predictive models, diagnostic dashboards, and KPI frameworks across the C2C, P2P, and R2A domains. Drive root cause analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions. Champion data governance, quality, and integration across systems and functions. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on blueprint adoption and insight utilization. Mentor teams on data storytelling, insight generation, and blueprint maturity. YOUR PROFILE 15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, functional consulting, or business analytics. Deep expertise in C2C, P2P, and R2A processes , with a strong understanding of blueprint methodologies. Proven track record in advanced analytics, data visualization, and insight delivery. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Fluent in English. Preferred Skills: Experience with C2C, P2P, and R2A or similar blueprint frameworks. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Data Science, or Enterprise Architecture. Exposure to AI/ML applications in business process optimization.
