Your responsibilities As a skilled and experienced Replicon Solution Expert you should be able to lead the stabilization and improvement of the already deployed time and absence management solution for a leading multinational consulting firm. This role involves working within a team of solution experts, working across 39 countries, and supporting a workforce of 350,000 employees. You will be responsible for strengthening processes, enhancing solution capabilities, and ensuring closer alignment with business needs. You should be having a strong understanding of functional time and absence management processes, expertise in SaaS solutions deployment and integration processes, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution. Our requirements Expertise in Replicon SaaS platform implementation and configuration. Knowledge of data integration methods (APIs, middleware, ETL tools) and cloud-based architecture. Design end-to-end data flows and describe system interdependencies. Create functional specifications, use case scenarios, and process flow diagrams.
