The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities managing and supporting the development of SAP modules for international clients; participating in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in line with client guidelines; developing concepts for new solutions and implement agreed changes; collaborating with development teams to design and test significant new functionalities and enhancements. Our requirements minimum 8 years of experience in SAP functional knowledge, including implementation and support expertise; extensive experience in configuring SAP modules and business processes; proven experience in leading teams and managing project delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met; strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants; knowledge of ABAP is an advantage; experience in business process analysis, optimization, and project management; proficiency in English or German (knowledge of both languages is a plus); strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
