Senior Python Engineer with Gen AI experience

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI who can bring their expertise and knowledge to our AI team. We design and execute industry-relevant inventions that allow organizations to achieve exceptional business value from technology. This position is right for you if you are a quick learner willing to master your skills in Generative AI and whose priority is quality. Responsibilities: Participate in pre-sales activities that include, but are not limited to, the preparation of proposals, technical assessments, and implementation of proofs of concept Understand customer challenges and business needs, analyze and estimate requirements, as well as identify the risks involved, and provide solutions to them Get things done and find a creative compromise between an ideal technical solution and actual client needs in a dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty Requirements : 5 years of experience in software engineering using Python, with the ability to write easily readable and reusable code Experience in object-oriented design, software architectur,e best practices, and patterns Experience with Web Frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar) Hands-on with AWS and/or Azure Cloud AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) & Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) Azure Function App, Azure Containers, Azure OpenAI Service Docker, Docker Compose, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines Understanding of the patterns and practical experience with databases, vector stores, and foundational models Hands-on RAG-based application development (understanding of RAG Agents will be a plus) Independent and self-motivated with a can-do attitude Excellent verbal and written skills in English We offer*: Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible A competitive salary and good compensation package Personalized career growth Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing Education reimbursement Memorable anniversary presents Corporate events and team buildings Other location-specific benefits *not applicable for freelancers
