Payments Operations Manager Miejsce pracy: Zielona Góra Your responsibilities Daily Operations: •Run operational checks across balances, queues, and reconciliations; resolve exceptions quickly •Manage incoming and outgoing payments across multiple partner banks and systems •Execute FX conversions, liquidity top-ups, and ensure all cut-offs and controls are met •Reprocess rejected or delayed transfers and communicate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues. Continuous Improvements: •Support onboarding of new payment partners and transfer corridor integrations •Contribute to process and product improvements in cooperation with Compliance, and Product teams. •Help document procedures and create clarity for recurring tasks. Our requirements •At least 3 years' experience in a similar role with highly responsible and organized duties • Excellent attention to detail and a structured, reliable work style •Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and focus •Clear communication and ownership of your work — you follow up until issues are resolved •Comfort with digital tools, software, dashboards, and Excel •Experience in financial services, banking, payments, money remittance or back-office operations is a advantage •Initiative and strive to grow.
