SAP SCM (in-house) Consultant Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected SAP SAP SCM SAP MM SAP LE SAP DT SAP PP Optional SAP ABAP SAP AFS Operating system Windows About the project Amer Sports Global Business Services in Kraków, Poland, part of Amer Sports, owner of leading sports brands such as Salomon, Atomic, Wilson, Arc'teryx, Peak Performance & others, is looking for an ambitious SAP Supply Chain Management Consultant to join its Amer Sports Group IT. As a member of a team of IT professionals, you will support business users from company's offices and facilities in Europe, work on projects and system changes, implement new functionalities. The primary goal of this role is to take ownership of support activities and manage them independently or in collaboration with other Global SAP Teams. Your responsibilities Managing SAP incidents and service requests at 2nd, or 3rd level support in the SCM area (LE, DT, MM) in ECC and partially in S4 systems. Defining and coordinating support processes in the SAP area. Training Business Key Users. Maintaining and enhancing existing processes, working on change requests, and supporting implementation projects. Suggesting solutions based on previous experience in system configuration and collaborating with ABAP developers, translating business requirements and processes into SAP functionalities and enhancements. Maintaining tight and active communication with international SAP teams. Our requirements At least 3 years of SAP consulting experience. Experience with the SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench is an asset. Fluent in English. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work with business users and non-IT personnel. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Optional Proven expertise in various logistic modules of SAP SCM (eg. MM, LE, DT, PP); knowledge of WM/EWM is a plus. Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, particularly in incident management processes; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
