QA Architect

Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a quality assurance strategy for complex IT projects. Defining and documenting test architecture and testing approaches at various levels (unit, integration, system, acceptance tests). Developing and maintaining test automation processes, including tool and framework selection. Analyzing quality requirements and formalizing test requirements based on business analysis. Configuring and optimizing CI/CD processes for integrating automated tests. Leading the QA engineering team, providing mentorship and training. Participating in the design of test scenarios and test documentation. Ensuring the alignment of business requirements with testing processes through collaboration with architects and developers. Analyzing and optimizing testing processes to improve product quality and efficiency. Assessing risks and proposing solutions to minimize their impact on product quality. Developing and describing internal and external QA services. Must-haves: Experience as a QA Architect, Lead QA, or Senior QA for 5 years. Deep understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMap, etc.) and quality management practices. Proficiency with test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, etc.). Experience in writing test documentation: test plans, test cases, and scenarios. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, experience working in cross-functional teams. Understanding of REST API principles, microservice architecture, and integration processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify critical quality issues and propose optimal solutions. Experience in systems analysis, including evaluation and modeling of complex systems. Participation in digital transformation projects in large enterprise companies. Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr). Experience working with high-load systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration into the testing process. Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
