Data Analyst

Andersen is hiring a Data Analyst to support a project developing scalable, high-performance data center solutions optimized for AI workloads, focusing on analytics, efficiency, and infrastructure optimization. The customer is a digital infrastructure provider specializing in designing, building, and operating next-generation data centers and cloud environments optimized for high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) workloads. The organization delivers scalable GPU-cloud solutions, co-location services, and purpose-built compute campuses that support intensive computational demands. The project is focused on developing and enhancing high-performance data center solutions optimized for AI and machine learning workloads. The goal is to deliver scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure capable of supporting advanced AI applications, including generative systems and real-time video processing platforms. Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization platforms. Collaborating with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Optimizing dashboard performance and ensuring scalability across large datasets and multiple user groups. Implementing best practices in data visualization, including accessibility, usability, and storytelling techniques. Integrating data from various sources (SQL, APIs, cloud platforms) and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Conducting user training and preparing documentation to support adoption and self-service analytics. Staying current with emerging visualization technologies and recommending enhancements to existing tools and processes. Must-haves: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience as a Data Analyst for 4 years. Experience in Power BI, Tableau and familiarity with other tools like Looker, Qlik, or D3.js for 3 years. Experience with Data Lake technologies, such as Apache Spark for 2 years. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and non-relational databases. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Effective communication and storytelling skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. Nice-to-haves: Experience with real-time monitoring dashboards. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data integration tools. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) for data manipulation and automation. Certification in Power BI or Tableau.
