Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) projects, covering design, configuration, and implementation. Advise clients on best practices for data migration, consolidation, and governance within SAP landscapes. Coordinate and monitor core project tasks, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals. Assess existing MDG configurations and recommend improvements to optimize data quality and process efficiency. Support integration of SAP MDG with SAP ECC, S/4HANA On-premise, and S/4HANA Cloud systems. Participate in post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Skills & Experience Must have: 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance projects. Deep understanding of Master Data Domains across various SAP modules. Proven ability to assess and improve existing MDG configurations. Hands-on experience with: Data model and BADI enhancements Master Data Consolidation Integration of MDG with SAP ECC/S4HANA (on-prem & cloud) Strong collaboration and communication skills with senior stakeholders. Fluent English (written and spoken). University degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. Nice to have: Experience with SAP Data Services Information Steward , SAP DQM , or Migration Cockpit (BODS) . SAP MDG certifications . Experience working in data migration projects or enterprise transformation programs . Additional language skills (e.g., German) are an asset.
