AutoBidMaster is on a mission to help our customers give a second life to used cars by simplifying auto auctions for all. We are seeking a Chargeback Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities: Minimize potential losses by making decisions on chargebacks cases. Will be responsible for research and resolution of disputed charges while meeting required timeframes and guidelines with little to no follow up. Process and perform adjustments for customer disputes using internal BankCard systems. The process requires ongoing analysis, review and understanding of rules as set forth by the card associations and bank regulators (i.e., banking, credit/debit processing system, fraud monitoring software, etc) and industry regulations (i.e., MasterCard, VISA, compliance, and legal entities, etc). Research, store, retrieve, analyze, and produce information or data needed to carry out work activities. Adhere to pre-established milestones and goals as a self-starter with a high level of initiative to drive results. Analyze data and make recommendations to improve processes in department. Perform back up, assist in special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3-5 years related work experience. Strong proficiency in both English and Russian Able to process information and effectively make decisions. Must be able to work independently, have strong written and verbal communications skills, and demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent time management skills. Able to effectively handle multiple tasks.
