Senior JavaScript Engineer

Salary range: B2B - 35-40 E/h VAT Ciklum is looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to join our team full-time in the Poland. About the role: As a Senior JavaScript Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The project focuses on the rollout of a large-scale Manufacturing Digital Platform across multiple business units within an international enterprise. The goal is to standardize digital processes, improve data visibility, and enhance operational efficiency in manufacturing environments. We are looking for experienced and proactive developers to join the nearshore team and contribute to the platform rollout and continuous development. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend components in TypeScript, supporting platform expansion and new feature delivery Collaborate with distributed teams across Europe to ensure seamless integration and delivery Manage and refine user stories and backlog items, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements, report progress, and address issues Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration sessions Contribute to system reliability, scalability, and performance improvements Requirements: 4 years of experience as a JavaScript/TypeScript Developer Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript (backend) Proficiency with AWS services and cloud-based architectures Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized deployments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams Must be based in Europe for close collaboration with the core team Desirable: Experience in large-scale system rollouts or digital transformation projects Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, or DevOps practices Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) What`s in it for you?
