Opis stanowiska

- Conduct supplier audits in line with VDA 6.3, VW FQF, and IATF 16949 quality standards.

- Assess and verify supplier processes to ensure they meet industry quality requirements.

- Monitor corrective actions implementation at suppliers, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.

- Review and evaluate suppliers' manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance and resolve quality issues.

- Provide detailed audit reports, including non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement recommendations.

- Support the qualification of new suppliers and assist in supplier selection processes.

- Coordinate supplier development activities to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.

Profil kandydata

- Proven experience conducting supplier audits within the automotive industry.

- Deep knowledge of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, and other automotive quality standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex quality systems.

- Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.

- Ability to work independently and lead audit projects.

- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% of the time) across Europe, Asia, and the USA.

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with international teams.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
