In this role, you will take charge of our financial accounting activities, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements across the organization. Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting. 3+ years of relevant experience. Advanced Excel and reporting systems skills. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. A passion for innovation and problem-solving using technology and technical expertise. Strong planning and organizational skills. Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player. English (min. B1 level).
