This means high visibility, strong responsibility, and direct impact on how the product grows. Most of the application logic lives in the front end (Vue.js), but there's also a .NET back end that will evolve over time. Who we're looking for We need someone who combines technical strength with strong communication skills. You'll be the first developer on-site, so you must be able to represent the team, collaborate directly with business stakeholders, and set a high bar for future engineers.
