And yes, we make sure to have fun along the way Discover and Deliver Exceptional Products As a Senior Product Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding products. You'll collaborate closely within a dynamic product trio (product manager, designer, and tech lead) to solve complex challenges and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will lead product implementation in line with strategic initiatives and company goals, actively shaping multi-period roadmaps to meet market demands and foster growth. Your expertise in product discovery will enable you to pinpoint customer problems, validate assumptions through strong qualitative and quantitative research , and draw deep insights from customer interactions and market analysis . Reporting directly to and closely collaborating with the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CTPO) , you'll influence strategy formulation and lead its execution in cooperation with all internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Support. Additionally, you'll mentor and develop three Product Managers , fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. This role also entails coaching fellow product managers and preparing you for a clear growth path toward becoming Head of Product. This role merges strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and practical execution . What You will bring to the Team Demonstrated Product Management Experience – extensive experience in software product management, preferably in a growth-oriented B2B SaaS environment, showcasing a consistent track record of achieving measurable business results. Strong Product Discovery Skills – Outstanding capability to execute comprehensive product discovery processes, validate concepts, and convert customer needs into actionable product features. Data-Driven Decision Making – Proficient in utilizing data insights and customer feedback to prioritize features and guide strategic product decisions. Outstanding Collaboration and Communication – Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally, effectively conveying product strategies and motivating cross-functional teams. Fluent English Proficiency – C1 level or higher, ensuring clarity and confidence when collaborating with international stakeholders and teams. Why join us?
