About itCraft Software house 15 years on the market 50 people on the board 250 finished projects , from "Uber-like" applications throughout platforms for patients to book home visits with doctors to e-commerce modern technologies & tools About the role As a Project Manager, you will be part of the key management team consisting of PMs, Head of Delivery, Sales, and board members. On a daily basis, you will perform end-to-end project management which we understand as taking responsibility for delivering the project under defined conditions (time, budget, scope, quality) . PM is a partner and consultant for our client. We work together to ensure the final success of the product we implement. The key is the ability to establish relationships, an open attitude, and often patience with the client's ideas. ItCraft delivers web and mobile apps. Our development teams consist of UX/UI Designers, developers, QAa, and DevOps. Product discovery is done during workshop sessions by the dedicated team most suitable for the project. Given the size of the projects we implement, the PM is often also an analyst on their projects. We do not expect you to know the technical details, but we require knowledge of the scope and participation in shaping the product. Grow with us Work with clients from all over the world and in different industries (healthcare, finance, telecommunication), Work with clients in different cooperation models (managed team and staff augmentation) and billing models (fixed-price, time & material), Collaborate with experienced team members to soak up knowledge from various fields (design, development, analysis, etc.), Cooperate closely with other PMs through daily operational meetings, additional meetings regarding the PM's process and company's strategic topics. What should you be able to do? Manage 2-3 IT projects with Agile (Scrum) practices (app. 3-6 months each, projects can be realized at the same time but in different project phases e.g. workshops for the client in one and development phase in another), Manage ~4-12-person development teams, manage backlog by prioritizing project tasks, motivate and engage the teams, Take responsibility for the project (i.a. preparing an implementation plan (road map), meeting the deadlines, monitoring daily progress, reporting the status of work to the client and Head of Delivery), Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, Coordinate the analysis of client's needs, identify specific business requirements, and propose appropriate IT services and solutions, Active upselling - preparing the estimate of the next orders, developing a professional sales offer, presentation to the client, participation in negotiations. What should you have? 4 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager , experience with international clients on diverse IT projects, in teams of 3 developers/QAs/UX/UIs, Experience in managing projects with Agile / Scrum methodologies, Strong analytical skills - knowledge of how to implement a web and mobile application with the ability to define clear business and functional requirements, The ability & willingness to build good relationships with the team and clients, Assertiveness and skills to keep things under control, Fluency in Google Workspace (i.a. Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Good communication skills - esp. facilitation & giving feedback, Fluency in English - comfortability to communicate with natives (at least C1 - a must-have, we have international clients), Native Polish (our company's communication is conducted in Polish, we also have Polish clients). Nice to have Experience in working in a software house (with high project dynamics), Programming experience, past or continuing work as a programmer, Good knowledge of new technologies (including AI), mobile, and web solutions.
