We're looking for an experienced Business-System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Warsaw

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Warsaw office once a week.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in IT analysis.
- Proficiency in English – we work internationally, so that's a must.
- Proficiency in Polish.
- Practical knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques.
- Experience in conducting workshops and client interviews, including product discovery and strategy sessions.
- Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle, from ideation to scaling.
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and userresearch to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or other innovationmethodologies.
- Practical knowledge of UX design and relevant tools (Figma, Axure, orsimilar).
- Ability to define and track key product metrics to measure success andvalidate hypotheses.
- Experience with prototyping and MVP validation to test product-market fit.
- Practical knowledge of relevant methodologies for developing softwarerequirements and business processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN, UML).
